Cover Letter Publication must be approved by all authors and by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.
Abstract A structured abstract is required and must be included in the manuscript file on a separate page. Abstract must not exceed 350 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must include Objective or Purpose, Design, Subjects, Participants, and/or Controls, Methods, Intervention, or Testing, Main Outcome Measures, Results, and Conclusions.
Manuscript Main text should include an introduction, Methods, and a final discussion section, and a conclusion section must not be inserted. A précis of 35 words or fewer summarizing the main finding or outcome in complete unbulleted sentences without abbreviations or acronyms must be submitted as a separate file, the title page must include 3 to 5 key words, and any use of generative AI in writing must be declared in a section titled 'Declaration of Generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process' before the references.
References References must be in AMA style. References must be cited in the text using consecutive superscript Arabic numerals in order of appearance, and all references must be cited in the text.
Figures & Tables Figures and tables must not be embedded in the manuscript file and must be submitted as separate files. Legends for print figures must be included at the end of the manuscript file, and tables must be titled and numbered consecutively with a heading for each column and be able to stand independently.
