It publishes reviews and original research articles with clinically applicable knowledge relevant to drug therapy in neonatology and the care of children and adolescents, including pharmacology, efficacy, adverse effects, newly developed drugs and drug classes, therapeutic implications of research into pediatric conditions, and practical management of specific clinical situations.

Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 150 to 250 words. Abstract must be unstructured.
Manuscript Review Articles should have a word count up to 8000 words. Manuscript must include two to three short bullet points under the heading "Key Points," a "Statements and Declarations" or "Declarations" section with required disclosures including a disclosure statement and author contributions, documentation of any large language model use in the Methods section or another suitable section, and a statement identifying who had the idea for the article, who performed the literature search and data analysis, and who drafted and/or critically revised the work.
References There is no limit on the number of references that can accompany an article. References must be cited in the text using numbers in square brackets. Reference list entries must be numbered consecutively and include only works cited in the text that have been published or accepted for publication, with DOI links included where available.
Figures & Tables There is no limit on the number of figures or tables that can accompany an article. Figures should be submitted within the body of the text, and large figures should be submitted separately only if manuscript file size causes upload problems. Figures and tables must be numbered with Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order, each table must have a caption, and each figure must have a concise caption included in the manuscript text file rather than in the figure file.
