Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis (RPTH) is the open access journal of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH). It publishes eight issues per year and focuses on thrombosis and haemostasis research, including quality, outcomes, dissemination and implementation science, with an emphasis on rigorous, rapid peer review and immediate dissemination of research reports.

Review Articles

Cover Letter A cover letter is required. Cover letter must confirm submission for publication consideration and that all authors have read and approved the manuscript for submission.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be no more than 250 words. Abstract requirements conflict because the article type is stated to require both a structured and an unstructured abstract.
Manuscript Main text must not exceed 5,000 words excluding the abstract. Include at least five MeSH keywords in alphabetical order following the Summary, provide four lay-language 'Essentials' bullet points immediately after the keywords, and add an AI-use disclosure statement at the end of the manuscript before the references if generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used in writing.

State Of The Art Review Articles
