Review Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract Abstract requirements are not specified.
Manuscript Manuscript should typically be 4000–6000 words, including the title page, key points, text, references, and figure legends but excluding tables, boxes, and figures. Manuscript must follow the specific article template provided in the welcome email or available in EMSS. Title page must include a one-paragraph synopsis of 100 words or fewer, 3–8 keywords, and 3–5 key points, and the manuscript must disclose any use of AI or AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
References References must use AMA style with numerical citations in the text. References must be ordered numerically within the text.
Figures & Tables Figures must be submitted as separate files and must not be embedded in MS Word documents. Figures, tables, boxes, and videos must be numbered consecutively and mentioned in the text, and each figure must include a legend while each table and box must include a title.
