Submission Instructions

Seminars in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine is an invitation-only journal. Submissions are accepted by invitation from the editorial board only. The following article types are accepted:

Invited Article

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract An abstract is required. Abstract must be 250-300 words.
Manuscript Manuscript should be about 20 typed pages. Manuscript must include 6 keywords and a title of up to 80 characters.
References References must be in AMA style. References must follow the text, be cited sequentially with superscript numbers, use Index Medicus journal abbreviations, list up to six authors or the first three followed by et al for more than six, and not end with a period.
Figures & Tables Figures must be uploaded as separate files, with captions placed after the reference list and tables placed after the figure captions rather than interspersed in the text. Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially in the order cited in the text, and each table must have a short descriptive title.
