Technical Innovations & Patient Support in Radiation Oncology is an international open access journal and an official journal of the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology. It focuses on technology and patient care in radiation oncology, covering topics such as treatment planning, delivery and verification, patient and supportive care, psycho-oncology, education and training, patient advocacy, policy development, patient-reported outcome measures, risk management, quality management, audit, workflow management, and personalisation. The journal publishes original research articles, case reports, practice development and health evaluation articles, review articles, short communications, technical notes, case series and reports, and correspondence.

Abstract
Research Articles must include a structured abstract. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract must be structured.
Manuscript
Research Articles must not exceed 3000 words. Research Articles must be divided into the sections Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, References, Tables, and Figures. The manuscript must include 1 to 6 keywords in English, three to five Highlights, and a generative AI declaration section before the references if AI tools were used in manuscript preparation.
