Cover Letter Any use of AI must be disclosed in the cover letter.
Abstract Abstract is required. Abstract should not exceed 350 words.
Manuscript Research Article submissions should not normally exceed 10,000 words, excluding the abstract and references. Manuscript must include acknowledgements, funding details with grant numbers in a separate subheading following the acknowledgements, conflict-of-interest declarations, and any AI use disclosed in the Methods or Acknowledgements section.
References References and citations may be formatted in any readable style at submission. Data and software available from an online source must be fully cited in the reference list.
Figures & Tables Figures may be included inline in the text for initial submission. Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and include a title, figures must have a legend, and tables must have a legend.
