Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must not exceed 250 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract headings must be Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript Manuscript must contain no more than 3,500 words excluding the title page, abstract, references, tables, figures, and legends, and appendices count toward this limit. Article must be divided into clearly defined sections with brief subsection headings on separate lines. Manuscript must include 3 to 5 highlights in a separate editable file, no more than 6 keywords after the abstract, a competing interests statement, and an AI declaration before the references if generative AI was used in manuscript preparation.
References References must be cited using consecutive superscript Arabic numerals in the text and numbered in the reference list in order of appearance. All references listed must be cited in the text and journal names should be abbreviated according to the List of Title Word Abbreviations.
