Cardiovascular Drugs and Therapy is dedicated to the development of cardiovascular drug, device, and cell therapy from bench to bedside. It focuses on advances in hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other cardiometabolic conditions, atherosclerosis, ischemic syndromes, heart failure, cardiomyopathies, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, mechanisms of action and signaling pathways, new drug development, novel indications for older drugs, genetic approaches to treatment, and new directions in device and cell therapy, interventional and structural heart disease, and cardiac and vascular surgery, as well as guideline-based utilization in real-world patient populations.

Original Research Articles

Cover Letter Cover Letter requirements are not specified.
Abstract A structured abstract is required. Abstract must be 150 to 250 words long. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must be divided into Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion and include relevant numerical values.
Manuscript Manuscript must not exceed 5000 words excluding figure legends and references. Manuscript must include 4 to 6 keywords, a disclosure statement, a Data Availability Statement explaining access to supporting data including links or citations to publicly archived datasets, documentation of any Large Language Model use in the Methods section or suitable alternative, and a Statements and Declarations or Declarations section including funding, competing interests, and author contributions.
References Reference list must not exceed 50 references. Citations must be numbered in square brackets, references numbered consecutively, all authors listed when there are 6 or fewer authors, the first 3 authors followed by et al. used when there are 6 or more authors, and cited abstracts allowed only if no older than 2 years and marked with [abstr] in the reference list.
Figures & Tables Figures must be provided separately, while figure captions must be included in the manuscript text file. Tables and figures must be numbered in Arabic numerals and cited in consecutive numerical order, each table must include a caption, and each figure must have a concise caption.
