Genes, Chromosomes and Cancer is a cancer genetics journal publishing research on genetic analysis related to neoplasia and oncology. It communicates new insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of neoplasia, as well as molecular and cellular findings relevant to the management of cancer patients. Research using analytical and functional approaches is of particular interest, and descriptive studies and case reports are welcomed when they offer insights into basic biological mechanisms or the clinical management of neoplastic disorders.

An abstract is required for Review Articles. The abstract must be a single paragraph of no more than 250 words. The abstract must be unstructured as a single paragraph. The abstract must describe the work and include the purpose, a brief statement of methods, and results.
Manuscript
Review Articles do not require Materials and Methods and Results sections. The manuscript may include up to seven keywords or phrases, and at least five keywords or phrases must be provided in the keywords field.
References
References must follow AMA reference style. References may be submitted in any consistent style or format at initial submission.
Figures & Tables
The manuscript may be submitted as an editable file including figures and tables or with figures and tables as separate files. Figures and tables must have legends, tables must have titles, and both figures and tables must be cited in the text.
