Ophthalmology and Therapy is an international, open access, peer-reviewed (single-blind), rapid publication journal covering ophthalmological therapies, devices, and surgical techniques. Abstract
An abstract is required. Abstract must be no more than 300 words. Abstract must be structured. Abstract must use the headings Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Manuscript
Original Research articles should be around 4000 words. Main text must be structured as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Manuscript must include three to ten keywords and 4–5 key summary points structured under “Why carry out this study?” and “What was learned from the study?”, and any use of a Large Language Model must be documented in the Methods section or another suitable part of the manuscript.
References
References must use the Vancouver system. In-text citations must be Arabic numerals in square brackets, references must be listed in the order cited, and references with up to six authors list all authors while those with more than six list the first three followed by et al.
Figures & Tables
Tables must be included in the manuscript file, figure legends must appear in the manuscript after the reference list, and each figure must be submitted as a separate file. Figures and tables must be cited in the text and numbered consecutively, tables must have a concise title with table notes defining abbreviations, and figure legends must explain all abbreviations, colors, and symbols used.

Abstract
An abstract is required for Reviews. The abstract must be no more than 300 words. The abstract does not need to be structured.
Manuscript
The title must indicate the review format, such as systematic or narrative. The manuscript must include 4–5 single-sentence key summary point bullets below the abstract and an author contributions statement identifying who conceived the article, performed the literature search and data analysis, and drafted and critically revised the work.
References

Figures & Tables
